Weddings should be a reflection of the individuals getting married, and nothing says 'Joseph and Carter' more than drunk brunch. Instead of the same old standard 'chicken-or-beef' wedding food, we decided early on that serving brunch food at our wedding would be a requirement. Mimosa bar, bloody mary bar, chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, yes, yes, YASSSSS!

Surprisingly, most of the venues we looked at loved the idea and were willing to accommodate. While the Arcade is renowned for their standard wedding selections, we figured their brunch would also be fabulous.

We are still finalizing some details and the menu is subject to change (especially the bar brands), but we are currently planning on serving the following:

Vodka (Smirnoff)
Gin (Beefeater)
Rum (Cruzan)
